We have organized some typical food experience during or after the rides, add one or more from our selection to your vacation.

• Cooking laboratory - An expert cook will accompany in the preparation of one of the typical courses of Roero, once prepared will be tasted directly in the kitchen.  
• Gelato laboratory - An ice-cream master will teach the procedures for the preparation of the artisanal italian gelato with the flavours of creams of seasonal fruits.
• Caffè Lavazza -  Visit the Caffè Lavazza museum in Torino, a new interactive place to explore the espresso world. 
• Casa Martini&Rossi - Visit the place where, since 1863, the Martini is conceived every day from the expert hands of the Piedmontese winemakers.
• Truffle hunting -  Walk through the woods of the Roero area learning truffle's hunter tips.  
• Piedmontese pic-nic - Have a break among the vineyards with salame, formaggio, and a glass of wine: typical courses of the Roero.
• Crafted beer - Respect the ritual: the post-ride beer is a must have!
